Needed a repair on my car exhaust and had not used Car Care Centre before. They booked it in very promptly to have a look at the problem. They diagnosed that it only required a small weld and did the job there and then. The work was carried out as a gesture of goodwill. I may not have used them before but certainly will in the future.
Absolutely hands down the best garage I have ever dealt with. YEAR ON EDIT. Came back to the dream team for my MoT, they found a couple of faults (my car is an 09 plate, so not a shock.) They did the work a couple of days later, and found a part they had replaced within 7 months needed replacing again. Luckily, they got it replaced free under warranty, and passed that full saving on to me - I know nothing about cars or how long parts should last, so they could easily have taken me for the full cost, but they didn't.
