Extremely disappointed with the service. I made a same-day tyre fitting booking (TS1163341) before the 12pm cut-off, as clearly advertised on their website. Despite this, the staff at the counter tried their best to delay the fitting to another day until I pointed out their own policy. To make matters worse, they attempted to overcharge me in-store, even though the price was cheaper online.
