Bought a car in january 2024 with 3 repairs required on it. Which we were told would be resolved in a TIMELY manner. The car has been in and out of the garage god knows how many times. STILL (10 months down the line) waiting for this problem to be resolved!!!! Dont bother ringing and asking for a call back, you wont get one as the communication is utterly diabolical. Car A SHOCKING COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, THIS COMPANY WAS CALLED AUTO DIRECT THAT WENT BUST THE LADY WHO IS DEALING WITH THE LIQUIDATION CAN CONFIRM THIS, ALL THE INFORMATION ON THIS COMPANY IS AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET, COMPANY HOUSE RECORDS A GOVERNMENT SITE AND THE PEOPLE WHO ARE DEALING WITH THE LIQUIDATION BASED IN BURNLEY.
