This was my first time and I couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I get very anxious during the cleanings and the hygenist put something on my gums to numb it. No other hygenist at any other office I have been to has ever offered to do that. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. Dr. Caputo also explained things to me. I never felt rushed. Joe was extremely apprehensive about this visit as he had a cavity filled prior at your office, not dr. Caputo and was in severe pain during and after. He mentioned it to me (mom) but since he had not had any In years I thought he was possibly exaggerating. This visit was pain free. However, I am worried about what went on prior that was so painful.
Everyone at the office was so accommodating to my 3 year olds first visit to the dentist. I couldn't be more proud of my big for being so well behaved and for the office for helping make that happen. Thank you everyone!!
Very happy with my visits and experiences. However, I'm curious why there has been so much turnover with Dr. Caputo's other dentists. I have had 3 different ones in less than 18 months. Though all have been very professional, the constant change impacts the personal touch of what is a fine Naperville dentistry.
I will continue to tell friends that your office is the BEST when it comes to your dentistry total needs
Everyone was wonderful at my last visit. Sick from the pain meds and struggling on crutches to do a leg injury, I wasn't very steady. But everyone from the front desk women to the dental assistants and Carol my hygienist came to my aid. My mom chose to sit in her car because she was embarrassed by how she looked, but staff brought her coffee! Thank you to everyone for helping through a difficult morning!
Donna helped to make my 5 year old daughter's first visit to the dentist office enjoyable and less scary.
The entire staff at Dr. Caputo's is friendly and professional. Flexible making an appointment to fit your schedule. Donna is the best Dental Hygienist you could ever ask for and Dr. Caputo and Dr. Patel have excellent bed side manner and will get you in and out...painfree!
