This practice is out of our insurance network; however we continue to go there because the staff is friendly and provide excellent care.
Was serviced by a new dental hygienist; Savannah, during this visit. She had not met me before, but did a wonderful job and asked good questions to make sure she knew what I needed during this visit. Another pleasant visit.
I am a former scaredy cat of dentists after a more than 1 experience elsewhere years ago. I am so very, very thankful to have found Dr. Caputo and his office and technical staff. My only wish would be that I had braved up and gone to see him years ago. Best dental experience from beginning to end!!
The wait this time was not normal. Usually I'm in the chair within 5 or 10 minutes, so I'm fine with it this time. Always a pleasure to visit y'all, for the past 20+ years. As I say to others, my dentist is the "poster child" for how a medical office should be run, so thank so much!! :)
