I have used Cpastone for 2 conveyances and my experience has been very positive indeed. Service has been prompt, competent and professional and Claire Speake and Abi have had my best interests at heart in all their advice. Alongside a thorough and professional service I have felt a very human interest from the team, and they have been helpful in putting energy and re-assurance when things with the 'other party' have been sticky.

Very poor experience with Capstone Solicitors. In my opinion, they care far more about getting paid than about the damage their mistakes and delays cause their clients. The billing was confusing, inconsistent, and kept changing. When I challenged extra charges, instead of getting a clear and honest explanation, I was given different excuses and shifting figures.
