Absolutely ridiculous attitude from the receptionist. Asked us to complete a Money Laundering Document to undertake a search, in the next breath advised us having literally 12 days ago moved into rented accommodation that as our Driving Licences wouldn’t March, we would fail the search. When asked what they do if a customer doesn’t have a driving license, the receptionist couldn’t answer.
