Rude and unprofessional attitude from female office person when I tried to coordinate a property viewing. Rang me back three times asking the same questions about my availability and which property I was interested in viewing. On the 3rd occasion I was told that the only date I could view the property was a date that I had previously advised I could not make (in a like it or lump it manner).
