DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. I booked an appointment online a few days in advance of my appointment and never received a confirmation email. I called that morning at 7am to confirm, but there was no answer. I showed up for my appointment and they said I was not confirmed and couldn’t be seen. Frustrated that I bothered to go, when no one had called to confirm.
They did an amazing job. I truly appreciate how kind they have been and quite helpful. I have two issues with them - 1) The long wait times. We waited for well over an hour to be seen even though we made it there on time. 2) They do not validate parking and since they do not, we had to pay which didn’t bother me too much BUT since they did not see him in a timely manner, the price for the parking went up. Other than that, Dr. Murphy was awesome and his professionalism is unmatched.
terrible attendance! hours of waiting without having any answer as to when it would be answered. lack of professionalism of those involved.
