WARNING!!! This is a warning to all landlords that Capitol Lettors is not a professional outfit. They have never paid me on time and currently owe me £000's. Rick continues to delay paying me and I believe that they are using the landlord's money to fund his own lifestyle fraudulently or they are in serious financial difficulties. I have given Capitol lettors ample opportunity to sort this and they continue to not pay me. Everything was great until I moved out. It’s been 16 weeks and still no returned deposit
awaiting payment... excuse after excuse...
The worst company I hope everyone rent from them to confirm their deposit is protected in legal scheme to be paid back
