Mr. Calvin Wright provided exceptional customer service to my wife and I. Our overall experience was beyond what was anticipated. He was able to assist us in the conclusion of our vehicle of choice. We could not have asked for a better experience. I will be recommending him and Capitol Cheverot to all future car buyers or those that I know.
I took my vehicle to Capitol to have it serviced and they kept my vehicle a week to change the water pump gasket and change the front brakes. I asked them to look at my headlights which I was having issues with and I was informed that they were ok. Funny thing come to find out there was a bad switch that needed replacing. I'm not at all impressed with Capitol and never again will I bring my vehicle to be serviced there.
Calvin is the best sales person we have ever met. No pressure, very nice and very straight forward. He listened to what we wanted and never suggested anything different. He had Brandon work up a price for us. We knew it was a great price but still did out homework. We called dealerships in SC, Georgia and NC. to see if we could get a lower price. No dealer came close to the price Brandon offered. Calvin and Brandon are a fantastic team! This dealership will work for your business.
I purchased my car from this dealership on Saturday. My experience here was great and one that I will never forget! The customer service was excellent and I was truly amazed at how personable and professional everyone was. I actually walked in and had my car serviced in late August. Tawanda Price I have been meaning to do a review since I left. I actually live in NJ and had driven my 2016 Equinox to ATL and then to SC. I arrived promptly when you guys opened and was treated so nicely. Please look up my paperwork and personally thank the gentleman that assisted me. Went in to see what my truck was worth, came out with a new vehicle. Talked with Brian about the my truck I was going to trade in talked me into a new vehicle. The finance guy was awesome, talked me through everything and got me on a good financing option for my budget. Thanks again!!
Took my Avalache in for several issues. Everything was addressed and repaired. Robert my service advisor kept me updated on what was going on and the cost it would be. Robert was very knowledgeable about service. Tom, my favorite technician worked on my vehicle. He has always done a spectacular job on my vehicle. Nikki always has a smile and greets every customer with a smile and a how are you, and what can I do for you. I have been going to Capital Chevrolet for 7 years.
I was on my way to a doctor's appointment in Columbia at the VA when I notice my vehicle cutting back. After my appointment i brought my car into Capitol Chevrolet for them to look at. The service consultant Michael was very polite and had Larry the service tech look at my vehicle. Once Larry verified that the parts where in her got right on the job. I want to say thanks for the Great service.
