Called your dealership today to have my exhaust fluid topped off on my new truck that only had 3000 miles on. Your service team stated because the dealership that sold me the truck should have topped it off and the reservoir should last between oil changes, and they couldn't fill it for me. Never heard of a new vehicle not being fixed no matter what dealership you went to. I left your dealership and went down the road to Jim Hudson GMC and had my truck topped off no questions asked. Had a great experience I purchased a 2011 BMW X5. My sales person Marvin Boyd personally handled everything before we arrived we were in and out in know time.
I had the best buying experience ever. The salesman Marvin Boyd went above and beyond to make sure I get the car I wanted. He even followed up with me after I bought the car to make sure I was still in love with my car!! I planning on buy my daughters graduation car from here as well!!
