Worst nightmare of an experience! They sold me a car and let me take it home. Everything was signed over and I put the car on my insurance. The next day I was asked to stop by. The manager stood over me and demanded another $1000 in cash and said I was taking a new pontiac, not the car I wanted. I walked out of there and bought my car from Jim Hudson. They let me pick out a car and didn't threaten me. Nuff said.
Gets one star because I have to give one to post this. By far the worst car buying experience in my life. Spent over 18 hours at this dealership in a 2 day span. Our salesman Jamie B. Was great but the finance department was extremely incompetent. Fred and Will were slow & rude. My wife and I will never refer this place to anyone.
I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. They guarantee you one thing on the phone and then let you drive an hour there to jerk you around. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership!
