I wanted to trade up from my Corolla but I had no idea about cars. Karl Jay Fuentes helped me try to find a good fit. Sadly I didn't end up trading up but he did point me in the right direction and teach me a good few things about the Chevrolet line
Just stopped through Capital Chevrolet to look at a car. After walking around the car for about 15mins I decided to teach my daughter a lesson. I said watch how they are all standing around inside talking. But when we go in take a look at how they’re eager to help. Sure enough exactly what I said happened. Of course my response was I was showing my daughter how you would jump to help when we came inside. But chose to let us walk around the same vehicle for 15 mins. So of course we left.
Great service experience. Mike Arnold always takes great care of me. The manager Kenneth was also a pleasure to deal with.
They did the exact same thing they did the first time I brought it in. I am not convinced it fixed the problem.
