Placed an order with Capital Boiler Parts - order was then confirmed by them, only when I telephoned was I told that my order had been cancelled - no notification was sent to me until after I telephoned and a wasted day waiting for part to arrive - can not recommend
I can’t recommend this boiler parts merchant highly enough! They offer a great selection of both new and refurbished parts, which has been a lifesaver for boiler breakdowns. The quality of the refurbished parts is excellent—almost like new, but at a much more affordable price. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help find exactly what I need, even for less common parts.
Been using for years, the best parts company in London. Will not be matched for customer service and parts stock.
