My OBGYN sent me here to see Dr. Lizardo because I had 4 fibroids. My 1st time going to the office the front desk receptionists were nice and the office was clean. I was a little nervous at first when I spoke with Dr. Lizardo about my problem and as he was talking to me about what was going on. As a first time pregnant woman. This location was the worst. Made my experience not great and gaslit me like I was the problem instead of listening to my complains. Front desk made the communication process worse. I had to request transfer of care Olufunlayo S

Started coming to this Capital Women’s Care due to my primary OBGYN provider moving to this location - I’ve only had limited interactions, with those other than my provider, but so far front desk staff was very helpful with getting me on board. They were able to answer all my questions on my prescription and refills which I’ve had issues with at previous locations. I'd give this practice 0 stars if I could. The front desk is rude and unhelpful. If gynecological care is your hobby, the practice might be a great fit for you. If you take it seriously, then go somewhere else. They will schedule you 3 months out and then cancel on you the day of and not notify you. In the meantime, they look at you in the eye as if it all were your fault.

Cruel, dismissive, and unprofessional. I’ve been a patient of this practice for 20 years, and today I was treated with a level of disrespect and indifference that left me shocked and hurt. I called ahead to let them know I was running late and was reminded of their 10-minute grace period.
