The central nursing station within the outpatient surgery unit this morning is more like a water cooler station with all the loud cackling, personal life stories, gossip, and general lack of professionalism. I would suggest the staff sitting in the central area be more mindful of their voice levels, loud laughter and exercise a modicum of professional decorum. Patients are usually already stressed and generally have to wait an extended amount of time before their procedure without having to listen to loud, personal conversat... read more
On my 6th floor, the staffs were great support services for all the time that I needed. They assisted in a room, I was so weak with sickness. It was Nov 29th until Dec 2. Thank you Julia Clark Room 618
After having a lumbar fusion at this hospital, I have to wonder why I kept going to the other hospital. Staff here are friendly, professional and accommodating. Knowing my stay would be in a private room reduced stress. When I was discharged, I didn’t have to wait for hours to be released.
Super care for my Mom! Simply super. Caring. Competent. Proactive. Kind. Professional. The hospital is very, very clean. The custodial staff is terrific. Ben is a great nurse. Gloria, Tonya, and all the nurses and staff have been wonderful. Thank you.
Worst hospital experience. First no patient privacy in the ER, and the hospital needs to implement a cell phone policy for its employees. Very disturbing to see so many employees on cell phones and not providing patient care. As well, sent an email to the patient advocate, and never received a response.
Not a good hospital for patients that are physically challenged need to learn hospital etiquette on handling people with disabilities they don’t follow through with their jobs especially some of the case workers
went to the er for nausea and vomiting end hp getting admitted due to high blood sugar and when I asked about insulin to help bring it down I was refused it. this went on for 6 hours until I finally checked myself out went home and took my own insulin.

We had an AMAZING experience in July when our baby boy was born! The nurses were so nice, helpful, and made us feel so comfortable! One of our nurses, Autumn, made the labor and delivery process much easier, we loved her! The other nurse that made our experience fantastic was Shelbie. She took amazing care of me post delivery! Thank you Autumn and Shelbie for being such amazing nurses and taking such great care of us!! We appreciate everything y’all did and will never forget y’all!!! :)
