The staff here is very unprofessional. A patients health and well being is the last of their concern. They assume their job consist of sitting down scrolling on their phone or standing around gossiping. The staff here cares less if a patients in need of help, especially of they're on their lunch break. If you go into cardiac arrest while your assigned nurse is on their lunch break don't expect anyone else to help. NEVER WILL I EVER GO TO CAPITAL REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER FOR AN EMERGENCY OR ANY CARE FOR THAT MATTER! This is really hard for me to say seeing as how I worked for HCA for almost 3 1/2 years! First of all I was taken there by EMS after my car accident. When we arrived I felt as if I could walk in on my own (without a wheelchair) so I did. they have some very nastr cnas. I dont know who canceled my dinner but never did get any. Been here 5 day only 1 shower and 1 bed change. Do not try to check your self out because. they bring someone out of an office to threaten you. all day today I was told I was waiting on oxygen then I would be released. then the dr comes in with a complete different story. to be honeest I am not sure why I am still here. But I will not be here tomorrow. And I will never be back to this nasty hospital
RecommendedMy family and I have had a great experience anytime we had to go to here. Recently I was on the labor and delivery floor got four days and the service I received from the nurses, doctors, housekeeping and food service was AWSOME I had one problem with food service and the nurse director had it corrected. immediately. I would recommend this hospital for any type of visit you may need they will take care of you! Great job Capital Regional!

CRM used to be our go-to for emergency care but after today I may never come back. Our 12 month old had a bad fall - we aren’t sure what is wrong yet but after him laying here screaming in pain for two hours we are STILL waiting on medication. What kind of facility leaves a BABY in screaming pain. �
I was admitted last Friday for a iron infusion and really didn't know what to expect BUT, THANK YOU GOD everything went VERY well.....All of the nurses and volunteers were wonderful...And they even FED ME�����
