RecommendedCovid-19 testing is a joke. I went to the hospital yesterday with fever, cough, difficulty breathing and extreme fatigue. First think security asked is if I traveled out of the country. Since I hadn’t, I was marked as NO risk. The doctor refused to do the test since I was not a risk. My nurse told me they are only testing patients in ICU due to the shortage of tests. This is insane! I was in the ER. Everyone was great. Only took 2 hrs. Never been treated so well like that by any hospital
I was taken to CRMC ER by my daughter on Mar4, 2020. I received prompt and courteous care. Dr Berman did a complete workup and was very kind with his explanation of the findings. My nurse, KS, was phenomenal and very caring. If I ever need ER care again, it will be at CRMC! Thank you!

They lose or steal personal belongings of their patients, beware
Very caring and hands on Surgeon. He did follow up, and personally dressed the wound so the nurses would know exactly how he wanted it dressed. He definitely saved my life.
The behavioral health unit. The ladies and gentlemen there were very pleasant, and helped with through my issues, without judgement.
