Rude, arrogant and not worth the time of day
Adam Todd doesn't answer or return calls. He favours investors over buyers that require finance to purchase a property, I put in an offer for a property to find out that the house sold for less than my offer, reason Adam gave was the other buyer having cash on hand, even though all of my finances were pre approved and would of offered more.
Even though I never bought the property. Brett Swalding is a man who will come out in the pouring rain on a Sunday to show you a property. A very honest and diligent real estate agent is very hard to come by these days. If I were to buy a property in the Central Coast I would go through this man.
