Always great service at Capital of Cary. I was concerned about my tire pressure and Esco told me to come in immediately so they can take a look at my tires for my Lincoln MKZ. They managed to work me into the schedule and found a nail in my tire. I am very relieved they just did not say that the tire pressure warning was from a drop in temperature that occured that day. I highly recommend this dealership for your Lincoln and Mazda needs.
My first service experience for my new Mazda CX-5 was great. The entire Capital team was courteous and the service was prompt. This former Toyota girl is now a Mazda fan!
Always great service at Capital of Mazda in Cary, especially from the service personal. My concern is that I have a 2013 Mazda CX-5 with only 35,000 miles. I had to have my rear breaks and rotors replaced. I'm very surprised that the rotors need to be replaced with such low mileage. Are Mazda parts being design to fail at low mileage so customers have to spend more on service? I know that next time I get my car oil replaced, I will be told that the front brakes and rotors will be replaced. I typical wouldn't complain in publ... read more
