They are friendly. Clean waiting room. Our 45 min recall item took almost two hrs. They weren't sure why it took that long. Not a problem if I hadn't scheduled something else later that morning. Prices for non-warranty work are high.

The Mazda service dept here provides by far the best dealer service experience I've ever had. The service writers are very knowledgeable, everyone is extremely friendly, and work is always completed on time and on budget whether I'm just dropping off or waiting while service is performed. Even after moving to Durham 5 mins from another Mazda dealer, I still drive 30 mins to bring my car here for service.
I have always had the nothing but the best service on my Lincoln. The entire staff is outstanding and I look forward to coming to the dealership. They make you feel like your family . Thank you for everything!
