The Lincoln side is fantastic, I have leased vehicles from them for many years and purchased one as well. Their service team for the vehicles is great to deal with and I've only ever had positive experiences with them throughout the years.
My wife has a 2015 Lincoln MK C which she loves ! Everyone on the Capital team, from sales, service, the wash pit, et al, have been excellent. A professional staff that treats you like close friends. That's Capital !
I have had two Mazda's from Capital Mazda of cary. I bought my Protégé 5 from them in 2002 and absolutely loved that car! I traded it in for my Mazda 2 in 2012. I had not had any trouble with my Protégé, I was just ready for a newer car after ten years. I still have my Mazda 2, coming up on 6 years now and have also loved this little car. I booked an appt with Mazda Cary to have my "pulsating headlights" fixed on my 2012 Mazda 3. First, I couldn't get the coffee machine to work, a customer went and brought me back a coffee from the Lincoln side of dealer,...then the staff at Mazda fixed the coffee machine! Everyone was so pleasant. My headlights were fixed and I was on my way within one hour! I love my mazda and Cary Mazda has always been a pleasure to take my car to. Thank you!!!
