Capital called us about parts on hand for 2 recalls on our 2009 CX7. So we made an appointment and then drove 50 miles on the day of the appointment, dropped the car off and waited, and waited, and waited....until we were told they did not have the parts on hand like they said they did when THEY called us. We had to bring the car back a few days later.
