Avoid this place at all costs. They are quick to take your money and will be on you the minute you give a payment wrong. I renewed my tenancy with these guys and after they sent through my new agreement late I had thought I’d pay the standard rate of rent I was paying only to be chased by the financial controller about £30 they were due very unprofessional then I tried to leave my tenancy earlier than expected but again no they won’t let me leave considering aswell the conditions of the flat in which I made clear to them to ... read more
