Unfortunately I have to use CHP because I can no longer afford the BC/BS deductibles. Urgent care staff keep you waiting forever, won't listen to you. One time they told me I had contact dermatitis, while I told the doc I thought it was a strep infection. Walked out with a script for hydrocortizone cream; four-days later they were calling me to tell me it was a strep infection. Now I have been dealing with attitude because a provider is no longer providing services to CHP patients and I need to find someone who will.
Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Needs met.
I always get what I need. CHP has been my choice for years and will continue to be.
Capital health plan are a great group of doctors and nurses and staff.
