Dangerest electrics. Water coming though roof... Not inserlated. Freezing cold with heaters on and fully dressed in bed. Rotten warn out carpets. Never decorated..never does jobs right all ways bodg up. And ignores you when ask don't get nothing done unless get council to order him do things.. My granddaughter recently applied for accommodation through this letting agency and paid £50 deposit which she was told was a holding fee and was told the place was hers. Then to receive a phone call to say sorry the landlord doesn't want you in there and has let it to some one else. Rather dissappointing for her but to build her hopes up initially was very hurtful. Never received a receipt for the deposit but did eventually get money back after numerous un answered call. If you use this Agent don't believe a word they say .
