DREADFUL SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. PAID £11,500 FOR DRIVEWAY. THERE ARE CRACKS THE WHOLE WIDTH OF THE DRIVEWAY. IT SEEMS THE 10 YEAR GUARANTEE COUNTS FOR NOTHING. DALLAS AT CAPITAL IS PARTICULARLY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH AND IS RATHER RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. AVOID.
My driveway has been down for 2 years now and there's cracks everywhere. The manhole for the drains is very badly done and I'm sure any plumber would struggle to gain access. My front step is not level either as a big puddle appears every time it rains. Quite sad that it's went like this and going by other reviews complaining won't help. Definitely not going to last you 10 years 🤔 and I'd shop around rather than use these guy's. Wish I'd done a bit more research first. Me bad 😞
