Surveyor came out quickly but didn't take a close look at the external walls around the problem areas. Confidently gave a diagnosis of the issue and a recommendation to fix it with a quote. The work was completed quickly and a warranty provided. Unfortunately it very quickly became apparent that the recommended treatment hadn't solved the problem.
