I like Dr. Vernier and my favorite Arnp is Amanda Brenner. Heather is always taken care of our paperwork in an timely manner. Thank you for taking care of our daughter. I also appreciate that you have Saturday hours.
Great loving staff, the doctor and nurse practitioner are awesome made my child feel welcome and made her feel good about herself, anyone with ADHD children knows that it's hard for them to have a good selfesteem when you have everyone else yelling at you and getting on to you. I'm so relieved I found this place, kids neurology is a living g nightmare.
Wouldn't trade Dr Eric Verner or Any of his staff for The World. He is number 1 in The State of Florida. And Has ALWAYS been number 1 to my daughter. His first patient at this Lakeland office. She has an amazing friendship and loves him. He goes avove and beyond.. We love you all. May God countine to Bless You.
RecommendedI love everyone in the office. All the girls are amazing and willing to help in every way. The Drs are amazing my son has AS and they truly want to help him. We are treated as family and not just another patient of the day. They truly care.
××××Editing this to say, that the Dr, went out of his way to try to correct the situation that speaks volumes about how they normally run things×××× so I am giving a better rating. Usually I have a decent experience, but the last two visits have been horrible. Time wasted and a complete lack of consideration. Test results given, nonchalant and I guess an abnormal result is ok, if they can't find the reason.
We had an appointment here a few weeks ago and were totally blown away with the respect and dedication the Dr. had for us and our children. He ordered a battery of tests and hopefully we will have some answers soon! I loved that he listened to us as parents and explained everything he was going to do and why he was going to do it. He had a great bedside manner and was very patient with our children. Looking forward to future appointments.
