Worst experience I’ve had at a doctor’s apt. Spent an hour and a half here to find out they didn’t even have the results of the test. The results were faxed twice to this office. Place was chaotic today, 29 people in the waiting room. I was asked 3 times why I was there...staff should be able to pull this up themselves and be proactive. Place could use a makeover...

we love the staff here. they are always so welcoming and remember us! wait times can be long.... but their a very busy practice and it's worth the wait for the absolute best care. Dr vernier has always been GREAT you can tell he loves what he does. I tell him all the time and he need to take a break.... we love this office and the staff and would recommend them 100x over!
Thank you Dr. Vernier for taking our concerns seriously. The ER dismissed our daughter’s seizure like episode as no big deal and even told us “everyone is entitled to one seizure in their lifetime without worry” When you find your daughter convulsing, lips blue, jaws clenched and eyes rolled back in her head in the bottom of the shower and that episode last for over 3 minutes, as a parent we can’t help but worry. Dr. Vernier has been an absolute blessing for our family. He has so much knowledge and compassion. He makes himself available to your family. His staff is friendly and work hard. My daughter loves coming to see Dr. Vernier!
Loved it. Stayed over night for 24 hours testing for seizures for my little one. We loved it. Spent time together. No one bothering us. The staff there was super amazing making sure we where comfortable. For a situation you don’t WANT to have to do (eeg’s, 24 hrs etc) this place was the best place to do it at. Riley said she wants to live there lol. Thanks guys and gals!
They have been a blessing in our lives with all the assistance that they continuously provide from day 1 for our child who had ASD and ADHD.
We love Dr Vernier and staff!!! Always takes time to really listen to any concerns. Dr. Vernier wants the best for his patients.
