Louise receptionist was helpful courteous and efficient. Interpersonal skills admirable Dr Gavin Rhodes quickly developed a professional rapport with me. He was fully focused on the reason for my visit and had read my history prior to his consultation with me. Following examination he shared Information re my symptoms and the reasons for my issue..thus my thoughts re my symptoms quickly evaporated. I've taken on board his advice I left the surgery with a spring in my step. Thank you to you both 14 April 2025

Reception staff think they know it all when they know NOTHING if there has been any changes to their policies should patients be informed by text or email or even a letter sent? Well DEBBIE one of the receptionist was very very rude NOT ACCEPTABLE they sit on their backsides all day typing and answering calls do NOT ask me why I'm wanting to see a doctor it's NOT your business I am seeking advice with a solicitor and I am looking to move surgery they think they ate better than you when all they are is a RECEPTIONIST!!!!!!!!

Historically I rarely visit a GP unless I really need to. Hadn't had a dr's appointment for around 10 years (other than 1 for a chest infection that was most likely covid back in 2020). However recently moved to the area and over the last year have had to have numerous appointments due to a variety of issues. Never had a problem getting an appointment, all staff I have come in to contact with from Receptionist, to the Dr's and Nurses have all been very friendly and professional.
