Had to get my wiper motor replaced under warranty. The service staff was very polite and courteous, and were able to get me in and out within an hour and 30 mins. I mostly work out of town but I’ll definitely be using this dealer for any future service if needed when I’m in the area.

Stay away far away went for my 2nd free oil change all of a sudden they know nothing about it not in the computer so after talking to a few employees I asked for Jay the managing partner as I was told long story short the POS went off at me he actually followed me outside he was fuming over an oil change words were exchanged he left then he comes back outside trying to push my buttons he was enticing me to fight him of course by then he has a few employees around me this is the way you act Jay for an oil change?....I kept my... read more
this place is a joke. they tip you off. salesman are poorly trained. cars over priced. place is a joke.
Do not trust the google reviews this place was a horrible!!! The FB reviews are real!! I was thrown out for telling the manager my experience had been sloppy..he threw a fit walked off and told someone else to throw me out what kind of grown man throws a fit in front of customers. If you want to be disrespected head to the dealership they treat Veterans like trash.
Went for oil change. Waited in sitting area. Plenty of social distancing. Most everyone had masks. Quick service. I got there a little early and took me right away.
Javier Gonzalez is the service advisor you need to see. He is courteous and professional and knows what he is doing. He kept me informed throughout my service, recall updates and warranty replacement issues. He is the man to see if you want things done right. 🤘🏽make sure come review time that Javier gets a fat raise as he is one of the few people I’ve encountered who actually cares to take care of the customer and go above and beyond. The parts department is on point as well.🤙🏽
