Up until last week Hannah and Jesus were awesome. They are both gone and my service was disappointing. I have reached out leaving a message for the service manager, replied to and advertising email and a chat online. over 24 hrs and NO response.

Sales person no show for appointment. Don’t know where cars are. Literally was told it’s in this lot or service lot or detail lot or we don’t have it and that’s it. Don’t return phone calls. I get low pressure but I truly get the feeling they they don’t care at all.

Crazy thought we were buying a new Rebel at Come see me Jay for 25% off 100 Ram Trucks turns out you need to meet a hole page of discounts you need to qualify for. Need to be a Vet/Realtor/Nurse/Return lease and what everelsethat was on the page. I told the guy your talking a 100 to 1 that one person meeting all of that. His response I get them all the time. I call BS

I will never again ever recommend this dealership. I have a 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler that has had radio issues, this dealership replaced the radio under warranty last year. Now the same issue is happening again so I brought the jeep in to the service department while the issue is presenting itself only to be told I need to leave the Jeep for approximately one hour for them to see it’s not working even though they see it’s not working ( really).
