I’ve been having nothing but issues since trading in my truck. The buying experience itself was great, but the behind the scenes waiting for the loans to be paid off and all the information being sent to the financing company has been nothing less of a nightmare. I’ve been calling for almost a month and get no answer. I leave messages with no call backs. This has gotten to the point where it will be starting to affect my credit.

What a Great experience ! From the moment we got there until we sat in our ne Jeep and drove off the lot !! Luis Ferrer was our guy and he did great ! He was informative, patient (kept changing my mind) and personable. We met Jay as well and he went out of his way to help us get the right car and price with all the bells and whistle's. They sent me a coupon through email, which expires on 3/31/2021, for an oil change special. I made an appointment for 3/30/2021. When I got there they told me that they were not going to honor it. I did not go looking for the coupon. It was sent by them to my email because I had service done there before. If they will not honor an oil change special I would be very leery about buying a vehicle from them and I would not believe anything that I was told by them or even if you had it in writing.

group of lairs , they don't keep their word, the services department is Incompetent, the finance department Lied and sold me a "snake oil" extended warranty that covers nothing. I wouldn't do business with this den of Thieves again for all the tea in China. if anyone asks me about my experience with Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge jeep Ram that'll get a ear full.
