My daughter has gone in on numerous occasions to trade in her 2018 Nissan Sentra for a Jeep Wrangler. The sales team and managers are unwilling to work with her numbers. bought a 2015 Jeep renegade a little bit over a month ago. I explained the car salesman that I needed reliability because I work driving most of the time. He promessed to take care of me and that I would be leaving with a smile. A few days later came back to the dealership. I bought a truck two weeks ago and asked for a copy of the finance papers, I was told that everything would be emailed to me. Two weeks later and I still don’t have it. I texted the sales person and called the dealership and no one will answer me. Then today I get a post card in the mail saying that my registration paper is in and it’s COD and I need to pick it up. First time in over 40 years that I went to a dealership intending to buy a car and left disappointed. I can't believe that a multi-million dollar dealership denied my purchase over a mere thousand dollars. A thousand dollars to you guys is a drop in the bucket, but to my wife and I ,both retired and on social security, one thousand dollars is 50% of our monthly income. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Dart about a month ago and the price was right. I drove the vehicle only in town and went to have a routine maintenance done when the service said it had a bad motor mount. It was said to be a inspected car with no issues. Once the car was looked at again the following week service said 2 bad motor mounts and 1 bad transmission mount.
