I'm so so sick of y'all turning off the water without notice. One time isn't a problem but this happens weekly.
In November, my heater broke 7 time in a week, when I had a 7 week old baby living in the apartment! They had the heater "fixed" but only really fixed it when I went over them to the investors of the complex. One night a car next to mine got shot SIX times. Living there I was terrified for my life every night. Now, they want to make us pay ANOTHER months rent AFTER I notified them we would not be renewing our lease. They won't do anything about the 2nd hand smoke coming through the vents from my neighbor and I'm 5 months pregnant. Won't move him, won't fix the ventilation, nothing. I tried to get out of my lease because of it and they wouldn't let me so I'm stuck in this shit hole another 2 months.
I have lived at this complex for 10 years now and haven't really had any problems during my stay here.... I disliked the previous staff they were extremely Rude other than that I have no complaints other than these dang snails

Worst place to live management it's rude mostly the manager on the left side she's always pissed she think she's better than you she don't even let you talk and let her know what's going on I've been asking for my dishwasher to get fixed since we moved and we've lived here almost about two years and now is growing mold and all they can say is they put a work order and they haven't fixed it,The last time my husband told them about a dishwasher they said they fixed it and they haven't!
