I have a flood in my Kitchen due to backed up in the Kitchen sink. Called Maintenance 5 times could not get NO answer then on the 6th call I was able got some one and they send some out then 1 hour later no maintenance showed up.
Very nice clean well kept grounds. Playground and pool. Covered parking and shade trees. Friendly people, good mix of college kids, married couples w/children to older retirees. The inside of apt. Are up to date new appliances pretty French patio doors. Fireplaces. Hardwood floors. Spacious closets with shelves. Very nice place to live.
Does anyone know the name of the corporate offices for these apts!? I have had it with this complex!!!!!!!
Fix the stupid water. Stop turn the water off. It causes no stinken hot water. Fix it. Sometime they turn it off without notice. They have water on but no hot for rest of the day & night or for few days. Also they lie. They said they going do it then they don't do did it & never does it at all. Even u go few times & ask them when they going. Bunch of liers
Maintenance and staff awesome clean and quiet they did a awesome job replacing my old water heater great place
This business is awful we lived here a year and constantly had problems including mold that was never taken care of. It took 5 days for them to fix the air conditioner in the dead of summer. We are still getting charged for rent despise having turned in our keys 2 months ago. There are roaches everywhere which rarely get sprayed for even though every tenant is charged a pest fee each month, the list is endless. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else!!!!!
