let residents know when turning water off all day then we go all night without hot water .also was told pool would be opened on Memorial day still not opened 😞
Stop turning the water off all the time, without notice. Wait for the renter to answer the door and do not key the door before they can even answer it. Pay for the flats that were caused by construction like it was promised. I had one flat fixed but not the second. My complaints were all listed on the old site, which seems to have disappeared. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. From the comments, some of which are more current are buried in the comments below, it sounds like nothing has changed.
The stages my bath tub goes thru every day . And not because of me those are all my upstairs neighbors juices.. 🤦♂️

The worst apartments to ever live in.The maintenance people come in your house all the time with no notice at all.They say there going to fix the things they need to,the people in the office are always rude.
