I went to Canyon Road Auto Body for the convenience. It was anything but convenient. After waiting two weeks, I picked up my car only to see smoke billowing out of the tailgate 3 days later. It was very scary and my husband figured out they installed the brake light incorrectly. It took over 2 weeks and tons of unanswered calls--as well as two times being stopped by the police-- before they told us to come in and they'd replace it. We took our van to have the carpet replaced after a beach spill. The service was outstanding. They completed the job on time. It looks like a factory install, they vacuumed the entire vehicle. They also arranged for a loader car. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Reliable, timely, and friendly. I had to go in recently to get my rear bumper replaced. JJ ran me through me a complete estimate, and everything went exactly as I was told: original factory part installed to match my car, ready to pick up in 3 days, and at the exactly the price I had been quoted. The way I see it, it might have cost a few extra bucks than some other low-key place (say...the mom & pop repair shop down the street), but when it comes to my car I'd rather have peace of mind from knowing the quality the services ... read more

This is a great shop. JJ was very helpful and my car and insurance issues seem to be all "fixed up" do to his good efforts. Liz at the front desk is also happy and helpful. I appreciate the attitudes, good work and high degree of customer service.

If your car is in the need of repair and you want THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, then you should give the JJ and Liz at CANYON ROAD AUTO BODY a call and don't waste your time on the other fly by night operators... My Civic was rear ended and JJ had it all figured out and his technicians did an Excellent Job and provided me with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would highly recommend this repair shop. My car looked like new and came in under the estimated price. When an additional part needed to be ordered they let me know and worked hard to get my car back to me as quickly as possible.

Easy and painless. I dropped my car off and they told me it would take two days for the repairs to be complete. They followed through with that and much more along with keeping me updated. All the repairs were complete, plus it was much cleaner than when I dropped it off. Thank you everyone!!!
