Great job – I shouted, "Wow!" when my car, 2007 Honda FIT came out beautifully. They managed to fix my damaged bumper without replacing it with a new one. Not only their service was prompt, but also their cost was very reasonable, --- actually much less than I expected. Prior to the repair, Dave game me detailed information about their plan and answered to my questions patiently. Upon completion of their job, he explained me how and why they did "this" and did not do "that". Thank you, Dave and those who worked hard for my c... read more

Highest Praise – I can't say enough good things about our recent experience with Canyon Road Auto Body. After slamming into a car that pulled out in front of our 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid, I was dubious and skeptical that the repair and insurance process would go smoothly. We left the car in the care of JJ and Liz and made phone calls to our insurer and the other guy's. Things could not have gone smoother. JJ stayed in close touch as the repairs were carried out and adjusters came and went. When we picked up the car, JJ detail... read more

Our Experience – We had our new Jetta rear ended. Wanted to make sure our repaired car was like new, because the car was new. They did a great job of asking our needs and wants, walking us through the process and saying they would make us happy and do it the way we want. We talked with some other body shops and all they talked about is how they would do what the insurance company's said to do. Our car turned out great, not perfect, but really good. Probably as good as it could not being painted by machine.

A terrific experience, considering... – Considering I had to be in a car accident to get me to Canyon Road Auto Body, from then on it was a positive, comfortable experience. Prompt response, excellent customer service attitude, and a bright, shiny "new" car when we picked it up. They even fixed a tiny door ding that wasn't part of the accident damage for nothing. We got about 99% Honda replacement parts, and guarantees on any parts that were after-market. I would recommend Canyon Road to anyone for confidence, reliability, a... read more

I believed all the positive opinions, was not disappointed! – I hope I never have to give Bob Lamphere any more of my business, but only because I'm lucky enough to avoid all the radio button pushing, twitterers, and multi-tasking cavalier scatterbrains on the road. I had a very positive experience at Bob's. They quickly found damage the insurance adjustor couldn't see, and flagged some replacement parts the adjustor erroneously thought were a good fit. The repairs took longer than anticipated, but that was because heavy Eas... read more

No Recommendation Here! – I took my new Acura RL into the new facility on Canyon Road on August 11, 2011, after meeting with Dave McLaren, the Service Advisor, the week before and being told he could do the job in not more than three days. Three days into the job, I went to pick up the car and was told it was not done because that they could not get the right part. Their parts truck had made its daily parts run into Portland, two days after drop-off, and it would be the next day. The next day I called and was told they had a... read more

Great experience – I was in a fender-bender that left my driver's side door with a large dent (but no scratches to the paint.) JJ at Canyon Road Auto Body suggested they repair it by "pounding out" the dent from the interior of the door, rather than the much more costly approach of re-facing the entire door. (Another company's estimator assured me the only way to go was the costlier route.) I am very pleased with the repair and with communication from the team and overall service, and would recommend it to everyone.

Great job! – I had a bumper replaced recently at Canyon Road Auto Body and they did an excellent job, right on the price and excellent job overall. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. I had taken the time to gather bids from a couple of competitors and they were very fair with their pricing. This is a great company to work with!

Bob Lanphere's Canyon Road Auto Body – MY EXPERIENCE AT CANYON ROAD AUTO BODY WAS MADE AS EASY AS POSSIBLE BY DAVE, JJ, AND ESPECIALLY LIZ. THE WORK WAS PERFECT AND I LEFT KNOWING THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THE COMPANY AND WORK TO ANY AND EVERYONE WHO WOULD ASK ME. THEY WERE DEFINITELY A FIVE STAR RATED EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.
