Everything went great - from getting the estimate, ordering parts, arranging a reasonable-priced rental, fast work, and most importantly, the finish job looks great. Dave was great to work with. I will be referring others to Canyon Road Auto Body.... (This body work was to repair rear end damage due to a SUV backing into my car in a parking lot.)

I was very happy with the service and professionalisn of Canyon Road Auto Body. The work was excellent and the people I worked with JJ the apprasier and Liz at front desk, both exceptional in customer service and just a pleasure to work with. My car was sparkling clean and a final fun detail was a freshly made cookie in my car. Sweet surprise. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

I initialy went to a recommended by USAA called FIX auto body but did not have a good feeling about them. Then I went to Canyon Road Autobody and met Sabra who helped me with my truck and was amazed at her technical skills as well as her directness.. She was amazing with her helping me initiate the contact with my insurance company (USAA). She made all the contacts and worked with my adjuster to get things cleared up when changes were needed. An estimate was provided promptly and fairly but that was the only part of my experience that went smoothly. While the repairs were satisfactory, the communication with the shop was lacking. It is unlikely that I'll patronize this shop again.

I had my 2006 Honda Civic repaired at another body shop after a rear end accident. On picking my vehicle up they were unable to give me an explanation as to what was done to my vehicle or any spec sheets for my frame or allignment as well as trying to charge me for several hundred dollars in unnecessary work. I had a lot of red flags go up so I made an appointment at Canyon Road Auto Body and wish I had gone there in the first place. We had to get our front bumper repaired on our minivan. Dave was very helpful and personable over the phone and in person. When we came in to pick up the van, we were in and out so fast, which was fabulous as it was on our lunch hour. Everything was quick and easy with the insurance aspect. The van looks great. We would highly recommend them!
