We had a wonderful experience at this place! We were referred to them through our insurance and they were nothing but helpful. They made themselves available and worked with our schedule. Our car was fixed perfectly and they cleaned it all out good as new! I don't think it has looked as good as it did when we picked it up in forever! Also it was ready 3 days before they originally thought which made our lives so much easier. We would recommend this place to anyone we know :)

Due to a recent accient, I was referred by Ben Andrews at Honda to go to Bob Lanphere's Canyon Road Auto Body and Collison Center for evaluation and repair. Upon arriving at said location I was met by Dave McLearen, Estimator, who inspected my Honda Element. He assessed the damage, and qutoed a fair price for repair. My overall experience (inculding the payment) at the Auto Body and Collison Center was professional, courteaus and trustworthy.....I would recommend this orgnization to all. Thank You! -Judith
They do good work but customer service and problem resolution is lacking. I went to pick up my car 12/12/12 and found that the seal around the window was not entirely glued down. I went back the next day and it was fixed but I found they had put the wrong emblem on my car (different model door, different emblem). Dave said he would fix it in a week, promising to come to my house and put it on himself. I was impressed. Two phone calls (messages left with people) and a month later I have not heard from Dave. Superior Craftsmanship! – Extremely impressed with the repairs on my 2007 G35x sedan. I cannot even tell there was damage to the rear bumper. Very fast turn around, placed the car in their hands a few days before Christmas, got it back the day after. Highly recommended, great work!!
Canyon Road Auto Body did a great job fixing the broken window on our Honda. Very professional and courteous service. We definitely would use them again and definitely recommend them to others.
I took my car in for some extensive interior upholstry repair work and some paintless dent repair. The estimator, Dave, was easy to work with and provided a complimentary loaner car while my car was in the shop. When I went to pick up my vehicle, there was heavy traffic and I wasn't sure I'd make it in time, but when I called in, their receptionist Liz offered to stay late and wait for me.
