I had my car all but 3 weeks when it got hit in the parking lot at work. Canyon Road Auto Body set it all up to make it as easy as possible and took the stress and hassle off my shoulders. I would highly recommend them.

My experiences with Canyon Road Auto Body have always been nothing but a joy every time, and they have some of the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. I have mixed feelings about the work completed at Canyon Road Auto Body. They did a beautiful job removing the dent from my car caused by a huge tree limb and then painted that area very nicely. The tree limb also damaged the hubcap but it didn't look like anyone had fixed it or replaced the hubcap. However, I was charged for the work/and or replacement of the hubcap but I couldn't go back and say anything because the shop had closed for the day. I think it's called "theft of services". Just had my car repaired. It could not have been smoother. Quick estimate, efficient repair, pleasant knowledgeable people. No headache, no hassles and the work was well done. Can't ask for anything more.
Great handiwork and service. I only wish I had been aware that they use factory reconditioned parts. Other then that they did a great job.

We took our car to Canyon Road Auto Body and are very pleased with the work. This is the second time we have used them & have been very happy both times. JJ Franklin & Liz were very helpful and answered all our questions. They handled working with the insurance company and the car rental company.
