It's a pleasure to leave this recommendation for Canyon Road Auto Body. I brought my Honda CR-V in for fender work and surface touch-ups. The staff is professional, friendly, and did the work in the promised time. They reserved a loaner car for me, which I gladly used while they worked on my car.

Canyon Road Auto Body knows how to repair cars AND provide great customer service. I just brought my car in for a front bumper repair. I was quoted one of the lowest prices around and a three day repair timeframe. Unfortunately, one of the repair parts was not ordered on time, and so the repair time took an extra day. I was immediately notified of the error. When I went in to pick up the car, the body shop helped me with the cost of my rental car due to this mix-up. Well run business with friendly and professional staff. They are dedicated to excellent customer service and it shows. The work they did for me after a small fender bender was perfect and actually went the extra mile to make sure it was like new. Extra kudos for Dave and Liz for making my experience so nice! I love this place!!! My car, the last two years, has been the target of poor drivers and I (my car) have had the privilege of being taken care of by the wonderful staff at Canyon. From the first moment I walk in their doors to the time I pay to leave has been nothing but superior customer service. I have and will continue to refer people to them. I had a collision with a bike that left some damage near my headlamp. Took my vehicle to Canyon Road Auto Body to replace the part needed. I also had a dent from previous damage (darn post) on back bumper. Had my vehicle back in 2 days and looks like show room new. JJ was great! Highly recommend this company. Great staff.

Had a close encounter with a snow bank on Santiam pass that took off the bottom trim of the rear bumper cover and left some tears in the upper piece. Canyon gave me a fair price and did a great job. Looks much better than the rest of the car. Highly recommended.
