Verified Renter For the most part love this place. Wish the hallways would be cleaned with blower. Cob webs, leaves, etc ! Dog poop ongoing issue, glad put flyers up recently & not just my building like done at first. Dont inderstand why Cat owners pay same pet rent as Dog owners? Cats dont require pick up bags & maintance to pivk up after them so should be charged less. Nice & quite here. Office personnel & most maintanace personnel very nice & helpful.

Verified Renter Canyon Chase is a quiet complex. Other residents are respectful differently. I enjoy the mature landscaping, and the Creek that runs behind my building that gives it a home feeling Rather than commercial. The maintenance guys are on the move all day long, making sure any issues gets their Attention in a timely matter.
