Verified Renter The move in process was very easy and all issues (which have been small) were fixed very quickly. The staff is also friendly and helpful. And there is recycling which is nice.

Verified Renter Canyon chase has been home for the last 5 years and it’s been a roller coaster. Property management has goods and bad. Staff is helpful and nice.

Verified Renter I love the great views and easy commute to Denver or Boulder. Plus I love the amenities provided like balcony and fireplace and parking for me and my partner. The dog friendly neighborhood is a huge bonus with plenty of great areas to walk and dog parks

Verified Renter The staff are wonderful and kind and attentive when needed. The amenities are fine but the apartment wasn't so great when we moved in. The last residents were obviously heavy smokers and the entire apartment smelled so bad. It should have been cleaned much more thoroughly before any other residents moved in. 5 years later of us living here our stuff still smells like it. The area this apartment complex is in is terrible because we've had our cars stolen twice. The only response to this problem was bright lamp... read more

Verified Renter Nice place to live, nice & quite. Staff are all friendly! Not so great...there is no spa like website says. Hot Tub has been closed or broke most of the 4 years I have lived here. The excercise area is sooooo small, hardly any equipment, too small!!! Sad cause clubhouse big... Costs should be reduced for lack of ammenities. Alot of people with Dogs seem to think they dont have to pick up poop!!!!
