Verified Renter Great for the price! The buildings are a bit old but the maintenance team is very proactive and professional. Whenever there is an issue, they are on it right away. I also appreciate how clean the apartment and the area is. The people are lovely.

Verified Renter The staff and maintenance are fine it's the area it's in that is awful. Have had 2 cars stolen in the past 3 years here and the solution was brighter street lights and a single patrol car for the entire place. Both cars stolen were parked directly under said bright street light. Only thing they seem to do is keep residents awake cuz it's directly outside a bedroom window which is single panned and awful on the electric bill. The employees are the only reason this is a 3 star not a 1

Verified Renter So far we have been here a week and are incredibly happy with our move. The walking trails are great for our pups. We are so excited to be able to use the pool and other amenities!

Verified Renter The staff is really kind and willing to answer questions and get into the unit best suited for you. The units are a little bit older so you can hear upstairs neighbors, but people are conscious of their noise level. It would be nice to have a larger gym and the pool open all year.
