high crime location... Poor management vehicles being broken into and stolen frequently... and poorly managed.... avoid at all costs!
Great place to live. The management and maintenance are great and they respond quickly. The property is well-maintained and there are a lot of big trees around the buildings. The grass gets mowed and the snow gets shoveled. I've lived here for three years. My apartment has a vaulted ceiling, which I really like. I have a lot of storage space and a big balcony. This is all 100% true! :)

Glad to be out I definitely do not recommend these apartments and I am so happy to be out. I regret wasting so much money here but I didn't have any other choice at the time. They don't do regular checks on the hot water heaters, so beware your's is probably 15 years old. Like mine and the apartment above me that flooded my apartment TWICE. Lisa has never been helpful when I have come to her with my frustration. For example, I shouldn't have to pay a $100 cleaning fee for the fridge and oven when they are broken, OLD, and ne... read more

Keep looking I recently moved out from Canyon Chase Apartments and to my surprised received an invoice in the mail. I certainly wasn't expecting my full deposit returned but to receive an actual invoice. Granted it was mostly for cleaning, some scuff marks on the walls left from moving out, fireplace soot and the stove (which I totally forgot about in my haste to move) but the invoice also included a fee for pet damage. How is it possible when I never had a pet. Didn't have one before I moved-in, didn't have one while I live... read more

Nice Property, Terribly out of touch Manager Property was pretty nice for a while, the staff were good and they finally paved the badly busted up parking areas too. Then they hired a manager that is a total wreck! she has no... well skills speak of, but even dealing with people was terrible several instances and testimonials that made you not want to deal with here at all, then her neighbors who i later met told me about how she would keep them up from fights with her boyfriend and her son prancing around outside talking on ... read more
Canyon chase Canyon chase is a great complex filled with great staff members. I really enjoy living in this apartment complex.
Actual apt is great, management not so much The apartments are fine, clean and large for the price (which is comparable to other properties in the area). They allow pets and will accept your large Fedex and UPS packages at the office. Each unit has w/d hookups, and you can rent a washer and dryer if you don't have one. There's also a pool and a fitness center but I don't use them. More than a bunch of walls Only lived here for about half a week, but it's great! The staff is so nice and they really make sure you're happy. They keep their buildings looking great inside and out. When we moved in, they gave us new carpet! I love my new apartment already and can't wait to watch my son grow up here.
