Verified Renter I was excited to move into Canyon Chase "Luxury" Apartments, but my experience thus far has been far from luxurious. For starters I moved in during one of the coldest months of the year, my first night I could feel the strongest draft coming through my bedroom window, it was literally frosted from the INSIDE OUT. I have had to put 3 layers of plastic on the windows just to keep the draft at bay, so luxurious! The grounds are covered in dog poo, they do provide bags however there are literal landmines of dung ... read more

Verified Renter The maintenance team at Canyon Chase is fantastic. They are very responsive and are able to resolve any maintenance issues I have in my apartment. It is unfortunate that my rent went up by 15% this year, however, and that the hot tub has been broken for several months now, with the expected repair by a outside vendor not coming until summer. A few concerns I have since living here is the quality of the outdoor stairs leading to our apartment. We live on the second floor and Amazon delivery driver and both my fiance and I have fallen through the stairs due to the stairs breaking underneath us. high crime location... Poor management vehicles being broken into and stolen frequently... and poorly managed.... avoid at all costs!
